Foundations is not required to particpate in our GO-FIT! classes. Just get a 10-pack of classes and get started this week!

Programming for Thursday classes are pure bootcamp workouts called GO-FIT! These sweatfests are intense workouts without the complications of learning barbell skills. You’re gonna see a classic high energy CrossFit style metcon layered with awesome core complexes and mean cardio combinations pumped to great playlists. Here’s an example GO-FIT! class from a recent Thursday:
