CROSSFIT TEENS AND KIDS
Welcome to Sacrifice CrossFit Kids!
CrossFit Kids classes will increase physical competence in the ten fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive, general and scalable for any participant at any level. These functional movements are exercises that are essential to all things that kids need to do when they play: pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump.
In a group setting, children participate in fun and engaging workouts that allow them to improve their physical ability/awareness as they grow. CFKids will learn the basics of the Squat, Front Squat, Press, Push Press, Deadlift, Sumo-Deadlift, Thruster, Pull-up, Box Jump, and many more! Each of these movements will only use the child’s bodyweight as resistance, never any barbells or weight. When a pull-up bar is used, safety mats will be used along with spotting from both coaches. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of our CrossFit Kids coaches.
By instilling the basics of these movements early in a child’s life, they will be ahead ofthe curve later on when they train them in high school and beyond!
CrossFit Kids classes are held on Tuesday’s, Thursday’s,at CrossFit Sacrifice location. You are welcome to try a class for the first time for free. Please email email@example.com to let us know you will be coming.

Winter Session – 12 weeks, Tuesday, January 6th – Sunday, March 29th
Spring Session – 12 weeks, Tuesday, March 31st – Sunday, June 21st
Fall Session- 12 weeks Sept-Nov
Pricing for Kids:
· 1 day per week – $40 a month
· 2 days per week – $80 a month
Pricing for Teens:
2 days a week $80 a month
